About the Blu-ray encoder or video converter, such as: Windows Media Encoder, VLC or Handbrake (all free programs) to convert the Blu-ray to video file format. However, i still insist recommending you the Pavtube ByteCopy to you, following are my reasons:

Most of free or not free converter can support a huge variety of input formats. let you add effects to the video before converting it, work with Windows, MAC, so why do I use Pavtube ByteCopy? I like it’s 4K H.265 or H.264 MKV lossless output best, actually not all the converter can do that perfectly. Another feature which attracts me and few software can own: Bytecopy can support 4K H.254/H.265 speed up, it’s really important. If you have a abundant of Blu-ray discs to stream on Roku Premiere (+), Bytecopy can allow you to load many Blu-ray disc at the same time with the fast speed.

Everyone doesn’t want to be disturbed when we are doing something. The worst thing most of people experienced with software is that it constantly nags you to purchase something or other productions. While these advertisements are easy to exit the prompt, they still occur far too often. Pavtube ByteCopy can’t let you down, it’s safe and clean interface without any farfetched advertisements, also at it’s interface, you can click the "Help" to choose"Update" for getting for more features, it’s free forever.

From above information, we know the Roku Premiere(+) support 4K and 1080p HD video, you can set Roku Premiere (+) supported video codec, audio codec, resolution ratio on it’s setting menu bar by yourself for best playback on Roku Premiere (+), on the whole, Pavtube ByteCopy is one of the best converter for Roku Premiere(+).
